We were driving home tonight and I saw this hot air balloon taking off (about an hour and a half before sunset) from a field nearby so I pulled over and grabbed my camera to capture this shot! ~Jayne

Welcome to my Project 52... After completing a 365 project in 2010, I took a year off to relax and recuperate while my studio manager Jayne took over the project! After taking that year off, I realized that I missed a project, something to make me get out and challenge myself. I wasn't quite ready to commit to a 365 project again, but I wanted something that would challenge me artistically and photographically. So I decided on a project 52. One theme a week, and no minimum or maximum to the number of pictures that I would post for the week, maybe one, maybe ten. So, check back often, and join me on my year long photographic journey.
